You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl0888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl0888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl0888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl0888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl0888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In no event shall jl0888's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl0888 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
